RBI is a St. Petersburg development company known for integrating art into architecture. Each project is conceived as a unique concept with its own story, reflecting the spirit of the location and the cultural context of the city.
The project belongs to business-class market segment. Located in the historic environment of central St. Petersburg, the building responds carefully to its surroundings. The architecture reflects the character of the city and appeals to people who appreciate beauty, subtle details, and the unique atmosphere of St. Petersburg.

Our team developed architectural visualizations and visual assets to support the project launch.
The client’s goal was not only to create realistic renders but also to convey the character of St. Petersburg. The city is known for its dramatic skies, heavy clouds, and rare yet precious sunny days. Capturing this complex atmosphere was a key requirement.
We also had to start working while the architectural documentation was still in progress so the visuals would be ready for the sales launch.

Task
In many projects, work on visualizations begins while the architectural design is still evolving. “Kollektsioner” was no exception.
As the architectural documentation evolved, we also updated the visuals, ensuring the renders stayed aligned with the latest version of the project.
- We built a detailed 3D model of the building based on the architectural documentation and concept. Since some elements were still being refined, our team reconstructed and visualized missing details to create a complete digital model.
- The team selected architectural references for camera angles and composition. We also selected natural references to recreate the recognizable atmosphere of St. Petersburg — especially the layered sky and complex lighting conditions.
- After the exterior views were approved, we added residents to the scenes. Their presence helped complete the image of the building and reflect the lifestyle of future homeowners.
- We created visual assets that help viewers immerse themselves more deeply in the atmosphere of the residential complex.
As the architectural documentation evolved, we also updated the visuals, ensuring the renders stayed aligned with the latest version of the project.

The project resulted in a series of aesthetic visualizations that shaped the visual identity of the residential complex.
