MVS Developments is a construction company with an impressive portfolio covering residential and commercial real estate projects in Eastern Europe, London and Dubai.
Sea Legend One is their latest venture — a 15-story residential tower that redefines waterfront living in Dubai Islands.
This exclusive collection features just 65 premium apartments, combining modern architecture with smart technology in one of the most sought-after locations — just 150 meters from the beach on Dubai Islands in Deira.

The developer secured prime land in this area, creating an "oasis of calm" with the island's secluded atmosphere.
The key challenge for us was to reflect the picturesque location of the complex, to highlight its rare combination: the tranquility of a quiet beachfront setting within walking distance, paired with spectacular views of the Dubai skyline.

Task
We stuck to our usual work plan, but the project had its own peculiarities.
By doing so, we reduced costs on location shoots and additional staff while delivering visualizations that authentically embody Dubai’s spirit and atmosphere. The final images perfectly showcase the premium beach location and resort lifestyle.
- We purchased a 3D model of Dubai that came pre-textured. The team extracted building types and used them like patches to fill the entire horizon, carefully assembling the city piece by piece.
- The team used AI for character editing — inserting basic figure placeholders that we could then "dress" with different clothing, facial expressions, and hairstyles.
- We built an entirely new collection of tropical plant assets, sourcing authentic palm varieties, desert-adapted landscaping, and subtropical vegetation from 3D stock libraries to accurately represent Dubai’s distinctive landscape design.
By doing so, we reduced costs on location shoots and additional staff while delivering visualizations that authentically embody Dubai’s spirit and atmosphere. The final images perfectly showcase the premium beach location and resort lifestyle.
Process
We brought on a dedicated specialist to develop 25 interior visualizations. His background in interior design proved essential, since the client's materials were missing some details.
He thoughtfully selected and added elements such as armchairs, sofas, artwork, bedding, and more. Our visualizer then refined colors, camera angles, and lighting to achieve complete compositional harmony.

Design elements
The team considered every aspect: the project concept, stylistic approach, color palette, unified aesthetic across all images, and the overall mood and atmosphere — including the specific quality of sunlight for this location.
We also innovated the workflow, successfully integrating AI tools more deeply into production and developing efficient kit-bashing techniques for large-scale urban modeling.
As a result our studio delivered the complete materials package enabling MVS Development to launch marketing campaigns without delay in Dubai's competitive luxury real estate market.
